Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Times are crazy and we apologize for any wait. A majority of the time your items will arrive quickly however, we ask that you give us a little grace as we work to get your items to you in 7-14 business days.
Q: How can I pay for the items I want?
A: Ready to check out? Just head over to your cart to start the process. We accept all major credit cards or you can use your PayPal account.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We want you to love your item(s) and if you don’t, we understand. A 30-day return policy if offered should you need to make a return. We kindly ask if you wish to return your item(s), please do so within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Q: I want to speak to someone.
A: Come say hello anytime! The best way to reach us is via email hello@onestopcoolshop.com. Please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you although we try to be way quicker than that.
